Right of Withdrawal

When purchasing goods from the website, you as a customer have a 14-day right of withdrawal, effective from the date you receive the item you ordered.

When exercising your right of withdrawal:

You must notify us of your decision to withdraw. The notification should be sent to us at info@toppen77.se. Your notification must clearly include your name, address, email address, order number, and the items you wish to return.

We reserve the right to deduct an amount from the refund that corresponds to any reduction in the product’s value compared to its original condition if it has been used or damaged.

The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:

Products that are sealed for health or hygiene reasons and where the seal has been broken by you.

Custom-made products that have been specifically tailored for you or have a clear personal customization based on your requests.

Services that have been fully completed, where you explicitly agreed to the service starting without the right of withdrawal.

For more information about the statutory right of withdrawal, see here.

We inspect all products before shipping them to you. However, if a product is damaged or incorrectly delivered upon arrival, we will, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, rectify the issue at no additional cost.
